The Company Echas Scientific Nigeria Limited is a leading name in Nigeria on the supplies of comprehensive range of Laboratory equipments, Engineering equipments and Materials to the educational / oil Industry in Nigeria.
It was incorporated first as Echas Nigeria Limited on the day of November 1988. On the 14th April 1993 the Company took a new dimension. It became Echas Scientific Nigeria Limited and was incorporated to take over the business of the former company, Echas Nigeria Limited.
In the continued development of its market, Echas Scientific is guided by two major considerations:
1. It is aimed at the future, meeting new requirements and sourcing latest technology.
2. On the other hand, it is busy looking at the past and mindful of continuity and pressing values.
The company’s task is to bring these in synchronization and it would be no exaggeration in this direction to say that the company has succeeded admirably in this task to data.
A third consideration is quite specific to Echas Scientific Nigeria Limited to its values and product to the world. Echas Scientifi Nigeria Limited intends to preserve the diversity of the product sourcing for the EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION.
These three Main Themes of our Long-Term product sourcing/planning shows that the cornerstone on which the Company bases its sourcing decision are aimed at keeping independence and autonomy of the company which serves as its highest priority and is working steadfastly and unremitting to implement its long-term aims.
The principal activities of the company which concur with some of the Memorandum and Articles of Association includes:
To carry on business as supplies, Wholesalers, Retailers of all kinds of Laboratory Equipments, Chemicals, Laboratory Apparatus and Industrial Chemicals.
To Buy, Import, Sell and Hold Stocks of all types of Laboratory Reagents, Medical Equipments, Industrial Chemicals and Apparatus.
To carry our Construction, Industrial Laboratories and Educational Laboratories.
To carry out the Furnishing and Equipment of Laboratories
To Buy, Import Sales and Install Engineering Teaching equipments.
The company has a Share Capital base of N10,000,000.00 made up of 11,000.00 Ordinary Shares N1.00.
The company Head Office is Situated in Kaduna at AM. 16 Kazaure Road By Junction Road, Kaduna – Nigeria with sales representatives all over Nigeria.
In terms of the caliber of personal involved in this great task of accomplishing its mission, the Company has the board of directors as the highest policy making body of the organization. Its policies are implemented and coordinated through the Chairman who is also the Managing Director of the Company.
